K\u00f5ik need tegurid v\u00f5ivad aidata kaasa ps\u00fc\u00fchikah\u00e4irete suhteliselt suurele esinemissagedusele pagulaste seas (WHO, 2019). Uuringud on n\u00e4idanud, et t\u00e4helepanelikkuse harjutamine (\u00f5ppetunnid meele ja keha rahustamiseks), mis on seotud loomingulise v\u00e4ljundi, m\u00f5tlemise ja kunstilise tegevusega, v\u00f5ib viia suurema sotsiaalse kaasatuse tasemeni ja v\u00e4hendada stressi negatiivseid m\u00f5jusid ning suurendada inimeste v\u00f5imet j\u00e4\u00e4da t\u00f6\u00f6le ja keskenduda, aidates neil p\u00fcsida akadeemiliselt \u00f5igel teel ja v\u00e4ltida k\u00e4itumisprobleeme (OECD, 2018). N\u00e4iteks Kreekas on suur sisser\u00e4nne, peaaegu 11% elanikkonnast on sisser\u00e4ndajad ning vaja on tugimeetmeid ja -teenuseid , et aidata sisser\u00e4ndajate ja nendega t\u00f6\u00f6tavate spetsialistide r\u00fchmi, et kaitsta nende vaimset tervist, et nad saaksid \u00fchiskonnas osaleda. Pagulased ja varjupaigataotlejad on teatanud, et kunstiga tegelemine p\u00e4rast sunniviisilist \u00fcmberasumist toetas neid uute tugiv\u00f5rgustike loomisel ja praktiliste oskuste arendamisel, mis olid kasulikud t\u00f6\u00f6 leidmisel (WHO, 2019).
