Under vidarebos\u00e4ttning m\u00f6ter de ofta arbetsl\u00f6shet,<\/p><p>ensamhet och os\u00e4kerhet kring asyl- och bos\u00e4ttningsf\u00f6rfaranden och framtiden (WHO, 2019). Dessa faktorer kan alla bidra till den relativt h\u00f6ga f\u00f6rekomsten av psykiska st\u00f6rningar hos flyktingar (WHO, 2019). Studier har visat att mindfulnessutbildning ( lektioner om tekniker f\u00f6r att lugna sinne och kropp) kopplat till kreativ produktion, tankeverksamhet och konstn\u00e4rliga aktiviteter kan leda till en h\u00f6gre niv\u00e5 av socialt engagemang och minska de negativa effekterna av stress och \u00f6ka m\u00e4nniskors f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att h\u00e5lla sig engagerade. och fokuserad, vilket hj\u00e4lper dem att h\u00e5lla sig p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt sp\u00e5r akademiskt och undvika beteendeproblem (OECD, 2018). I Grekland, till exempel, finns det h\u00f6ga migrationshastigheter, n\u00e4stan 11 % av befolkningen \u00e4r migranter och det finns behov av st\u00f6djande \u00e5tg\u00e4rder och produkter f\u00f6r att hj\u00e4lpa migrantgrupper och de yrkesverksamma som arbetar med dem, f\u00f6r att skydda deras mentala h\u00e4lsa f\u00f6r att kunna delta i samh\u00e4llet. Flyktingar och asyls\u00f6kande har rapporterat att engagemang i konsten efter tv\u00e5ngsf\u00f6rflyttning st\u00f6dde dem i att skapa nya st\u00f6dn\u00e4tverk och utveckla praktiska f\u00e4rdigheter som var anv\u00e4ndbara f\u00f6r att hitta arbete (WHO, 2019).
