Mindfulness for Integration Blended Learning Course
Our Mindfulness for Integration (M4I) Blended Learning Course is designed to support the mental health and social integration of refugees, asylum seekers, and vulnerable migrants. Through a combination of online and offline learning, and offering both individual practice and group facilitation, participants will engage in creative learning and innovative exercises connected to local art and culture. This blended approach ensures that participants gain the tools they need to manage and improve their mental well-being effectively.
